This fresh, vibrant avocado toast is topped with crisp crunchy radishes and sweet juicy tomatoes
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 ripe avocado
- 2–3 radishes, thinly sliced
- 5–6 cherry tomatoes, halved
- salt and pepper, to taste
- cilantro, optional topping
Instructions
- Toast bread
- Cut avocado in half & scoop out the inside. Mash avocado using a fork
- Thinly slice radishes and cut tomatoes in half
- Top avocado toast with the radishes and tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
- Garnish with cilantro (optional)
