Description

This paloma is a refreshing combo of sweet and tart! It can easily be made as a cocktail or mocktail.


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 oz tequila (if making cocktail)
  • 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
  • 1 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • top with sparkling water
  • garnish with grapefruit slice or lime wedge (optional)
  • salt for rim (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add ice to shaker. Mix together tequila (for cocktail), grapefruit juice, lime juice, and maple syrup. Shake well to combine.
  2. Pour mix into glass with ice. Top with sparkling water. If doing salt rim, rim glass with salt before adding ice.
  3. Garnish with grapefruit slice or lime wedge (optional).
