This easy vegan spinach basil pesto is fresh, flavorful, and dairy-free! Perfect for pasta, sandwiches, or drizzling over veggies—made in just 10 minutes!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 2 cups packed spinach
  • handful of fresh basil
  • 12 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pine nuts
  • 2 tsp nutritional yeast
  • 1 tsp dried basil (optional)
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • black pepper to taste (optional)
  • 36 tbsp water (add more as needed)
  • drizzle olive oil

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to food processor and blend together. Make sure to add the water 1 tbsp at a time until desired consistency is reached.
  2. Taste and adjust flavor as needed.
  3. Serve or store in an air tight container in the fridge.
