How to make flax eggs – this recipe is so easy & only requires 2 ingredients! Flax eggs are a great alternative to eggs & are perfect for vegan baking.
Instructions
- Combine flaxseed meal and water into a bowl and stir.
- Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to thicken. (I let mine sit in the fridge for 15 minutes)
- After time is up stir again.
- Add to recipes as substitute for 1 egg.
