  1. Combine flaxseed meal and water into a bowl and stir.
  2. Let sit for 10 to 15 minutes to thicken. (I let mine sit in the fridge for 15 minutes)
  3. After time is up stir again.
  4. Add to recipes as substitute for 1 egg.
