This quick and easy roasted stone fruit recipe is super versatile and makes the fruit deliciously juicy and tender!
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line baking sheet with foil.
- Slice fruit and add to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, add spices and/or sugar if using.
- Gently stir to coat the fruit.
- Add fruit to prepared pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fruit is tender.
- Enjoy by itself or serve with some vanilla ice cream.
Notes
- This is also delicious as a topping or a filling for crepes!
