This simple pomegranate margarita is a little sweet and a little tart, but perfectly balanced and so delicious!

- 1.5 oz fresh pomegranate juice
- 1.5 oz tequila
- 1 oz cointreau
- 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- Pink himalayan salt for rim (optional)
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange slice, or lime wedge (optional)
Instructions
- Rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip into salt (if doing salt rim).
- Add ice to a shaker. Mix together pomegranate juice, lime juice, tequila, cointreau, and maple syrup. Shake well to combine.
- Pour mix into glass.
- Garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange slice, or lime wedge (all optional).
