Description

This simple pomegranate margarita is a little sweet and a little tart, but perfectly balanced and so delicious!


Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1.5 oz fresh pomegranate juice
  • 1.5 oz tequila
  • 1 oz cointreau
  • 1/2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • Pink himalayan salt for rim (optional)
  • Garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange slice, or lime wedge (optional)

Instructions

  1. Rim your glass with a lime wedge and dip into salt (if doing salt rim).
  2. Add ice to a shaker. Mix together pomegranate juice, lime juice, tequila, cointreau, and maple syrup. Shake well to combine.
  3. Pour mix into glass.
  4. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, orange slice, or lime wedge (all optional).
