Hi, I’m Taylor! The recipes you’ll find here are based on my personal experience managing health conditions. I deal with autoimmune inflammation and various food sensitivities, which led me to switch to a vegan, gluten-free, and soy-free diet along with lifestyle adjustments. This journey has been challenging and lacking in guidance, motivating me to launch A Conscious Kitchen!
My goal is to offer support and information to those facing similar health challenges or seeking to improve their well-being.
I aim to share my expertise and simplify the cooking process and lifestyle choices, cutting down on guesswork and reducing your time and frustration. And all of this without breaking the bank, allowing you to save money for activities you genuinely enjoy!
I am on my way to becoming a certified chef, combining my passion for cooking with videography and photography. I spend my time crafting recipes and capturing my culinary creations.
