A bright, citrusy chia pudding made with cranberry, orange zest, and cozy spices. Naturally sweetened, dairy-free, and perfect for an easy make-ahead breakfast or snack.

- 2 cups dairy free milk (or milk of choice)
- 1/2 cup cranberry juice (optional)
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 2-3 tbsp maple syrup or agave
- 2-3 tbsp fresh orange juice
- Zest of orange (about 1 tsp)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon or cardamom
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 - 1/3 cup dried cranberries
Instructions
- Add milk, juices, maple syrup, vanilla, orange zest, spices, and salt to jar or bowl. Whisk together. Then add in chia seeds and stir. Add in dried cranberries (optional).
- Let sit for 5 minutes and stir again. The chill in fridge overnight.
- When ready to serve top with granola, dried cranberries, honey, or preferred toppings.
