- sourdough bread, sliced or your favorite bread (use GF bread to make it gluten free)
- olive oil (for brushing on bread)
- raspberries
- ricotta cheese or vegan cheese
- 1 tbsp white balsamic vinegar
- 1 1/2 tbsp honey or agave (can do more for sweeter)
- pistachios, chopped
Instructions
- Slice bread and brush with some oil and toast until lightly golden.
- In a small bowl, add white balsamic vinegar and honey, whisk together.
- Spread cheese on top of toast. Top with fresh raspberries, sprinkle chopped pistachios, and drizzle the honey mixture over the top.
