Description

These mango berry popsicles taste like mango ice cream but are totally dairy-free and naturally sweetened.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 bag frozen mango (16oz bag - makes 6 popsicles)
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (can do more depending how sweet you like)
  • 1-2 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • mixed berries (optional add-in)
  • shredded coconut, for dipping (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add frozen mango, lime juice, and maple syrup to blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients if needed.
  2. Pour into popsicles molds and add-in a few mixed berries to each mold (optional). Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight.
  3. Remove from molds and enjoy or dip into shredded coconut (optional).

  • This recipe makes 6 popsicles. Double the recipe if you want to make more
