These mango berry popsicles taste like mango ice cream but are totally dairy-free and naturally sweetened.
Ingredients
- 1 bag frozen mango (16oz bag – makes 6 popsicles)
- 2 tbsp maple syrup or honey (can do more depending how sweet you like)
- 1–2 tbsp fresh lime juice
- mixed berries (optional add-in)
- shredded coconut, for dipping (optional)
Instructions
- Add frozen mango, lime juice, and maple syrup to blender. Blend until smooth. Taste and adjust ingredients if needed.
- Pour into popsicles molds and add-in a few mixed berries to each mold (optional). Insert popsicle sticks. Freeze overnight.
- Remove from molds and enjoy or dip into shredded coconut (optional).
