Quick and simple healthy vegan grain-free rolls – this recipe is perfect for a simple solution to making bread. It requires few ingredients & tastes so delicious!

- 2 flax eggs (or eggs for non-vegan)
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for garlic rolls – optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Whisk flax eggs (or eggs), water & oil in a large bowl. Add baking mix. Combine well.
- Add vinegar and stir until incorporated.
- Spoon batter into 12 lightly greased muffin cups, filling each about 1/2 full.
- Bake for 25 minutes. If desired broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops.
