Description

Quick and simple healthy vegan grain-free rolls – this recipe is perfect for a simple solution to making bread. It requires few ingredients & tastes so delicious!


Ingredients

  • 2 flax eggs (or eggs for non-vegan)
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 box Simple Mills Artisan Bread Mix
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 3 Tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (for garlic rolls - optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. Whisk flax eggs (or eggs), water & oil in a large bowl. Add baking mix. Combine well.
  3. Add vinegar and stir until incorporated.
  4. Spoon batter into 12 lightly greased muffin cups, filling each about 1/2 full.
  5. Bake for 25 minutes. If desired broil a few minutes at the end to brown tops.
