Quick & Easy Roasted Stone Fruit

This quick and easy roasted stone fruit recipe is super versatile, it’s the perfect summer dessert! If you haven’t roasted fruit before it’s one of the best ways to bring out the natural sweetness of the fruit. Roasting fresh fruit intensifies the flavor and makes it extra juicy and tender.

I love to use nectarines and peaches for this recipe, but you can use any fruit! This is so delicious to eat by itself, but it also pairs perfectly with some vanilla ice cream.

  • Stone fruit (I use nectarines and peaches)
  • Olive oil
  • Cinnamon and/or other spices (optional)
  • Sugar (if you want them sweeter)

Quick & Easy Roasted Stone Fruit


Description

This quick and easy roasted stone fruit recipe is super versatile and makes the fruit deliciously juicy and tender!


Ingredients

  • Stone fruit
  • Olive oil
  • Cinnamon or other spices (optional)
  • Sugar (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400ºF. Line baking sheet with foil.
  2. Slice fruit and add to a large bowl. Drizzle with oil, add spices and/or sugar if using.
  3. Gently stir to coat the fruit.
  4. Add fruit to prepared pan. Bake for about 20 minutes or until fruit is tender.
  5. Enjoy by itself or serve with some vanilla ice cream.

Notes

  • This is also delicious as a topping or a filling for crepes!
