Easy Sparkling Paloma Cocktail / Mocktail
This Easy Sparkling Paloma Cocktail / Mocktail recipe is a twist on the classic paloma. We use fresh grapefruit juice instead of grapefruit soda, which makes it so refreshing! It can easily be made as a cocktail or a mocktail so everyone can enjoy.
This drink is one of my favorite go-to’s because it’s the perfect balance of sweet, tart, and bubbly!

- Fresh squeezed grapefruit juice
- Fresh squeezed lime juice
- Maple syrup
- Sparkling water
- Grapefruit slice or lime wedge (for optional garnish)
- Salt for rim (optional)

Description
This paloma is a refreshing combo of sweet and tart! It can easily be made as a cocktail or mocktail.
Ingredients
- 2 oz tequila (if making cocktail)
- 2 oz fresh grapefruit juice
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1/2 oz maple syrup
- top with sparkling water
- garnish with grapefruit slice or lime wedge (optional)
- salt for rim (optional)
Instructions
- Add ice to shaker. Mix together tequila (for cocktail), grapefruit juice, lime juice, and maple syrup. Shake well to combine.
- Pour mix into glass with ice. Top with sparkling water. If doing salt rim, rim glass with salt before adding ice.
- Garnish with grapefruit slice or lime wedge (optional).
