Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 23 radishes, thinly sliced
  • 56 cherry tomatoes, halved
  • salt and pepper, to taste
  • cilantro, optional topping

Instructions

  1. Toast bread
  2. Cut avocado in half & scoop out the inside. Mash avocado using a fork
  3. Thinly slice radishes and cut tomatoes in half
  4. Top avocado toast with the radishes and tomatoes. Sprinkle with salt and pepper
  5. Garnish with cilantro (optional)
